Individual therapy

There are many reasons people come to therapy. You might be feeling lost, stuck or frustrated, without knowing why. Or you may have something specific you’d like support with.

You might simply want to understand yourself better, or get to the bottom of worrying thoughts, feelings or behaviours.

People often come to therapy when they are going through a difficult life event such as bereavement, illness, job loss or divorce and want support navigating these experiences.

I offer a free 15-minute call (phone or Zoom).
This is a relaxed, no-obligation space for you to see whether working together feels right.

Sessions are priced at £60 and last 50 minutes.

A space just for you

Speaking with someone outside your friendship group or family can help.

Together, in a safe, inviting and confidential space, we can begin to unravel what’s going on for you, understanding patterns, making sense of your experiences, and helping you feel lighter, calmer and more steady.

If your usual coping strategies are no longer working, or you find yourself repeating the same relationship patterns, I invite you to get in touch.

Perhaps no one else has noticed you are struggling. Therapy offers you the safety and acknowledgement you deserve.

You might be feeling...

  • Empty, bored or confused

  • Like life isn’t making sense

  • Constantly worried or overwhelmed

  • Lonely or full of self-doubt

  • Unfulfilled in relationships

  • Impacted by poor sleep or panic attacks

We all experience times when we feel anxious, low, angry or unmotivated; when it feels like we’re putting on an act, or existing for others, and our true self has become lost.

What happens in the sessions?

Together, we explore what you are going through in a way that is both supportive and practical.

We will  gently uncover the influence of your past alongside the reality of your present, while recognising the wider factors that shape your experience.

Over time, this helps you:

  • Gain clarity about your thoughts and feelings

  • Understand what you’ve been through

  • Recognise patterns and where they come from

  • Develop new ways of thinking and relating

This process can open up the possibility for change and for living more fully and openly.
